Corsica enchants travelers with the beauty of its landscapes and the vitality of its culture. It boasts a diverse coastline, with superb beaches and secluded coves. Further inland, it also boasts majestic mountains nestled among small high-altitude lakes and hilltop villages that have retained all their character. On the island's west coast, discover the wild beauty of the Scandola Nature Reserve and the Piana Calanques. The rocks, sculpted by water and wind, have acquired incredible shapes over the centuries, turning a deep red in the late afternoon. In the south of the island, Bonifacio fascinates with its limestone cliffs shaped by the wind and tides, atop which sits the old town with its imposing citadel and narrow streets steeped in history. Finally, Bavella offers a stunning view of its lace-like stone spires and pine trees clinging to the void. The surrounding area offers numerous hiking opportunities.
